How do you get involved?
If you wish to become a volunteer for Sherburn in Elmet Town Council, you will be required to complete a form (found at
https://forms.gle/s2CVF2T8rVj6sWi66
) before you can undertake any voluntary activity.
All information provided will be held securely and in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act while you are on the register of approved volunteers.
Should you wish to cease as a volunteer, your name will be removed from this register and all personal details will be deleted from the Council’s records.
You will not receive any payment for the voluntary work undertaken.
Before commencing as a volunteer, you will be required to provide confirmation to the Clerk that you have read and understood the Council’s Health & Safety policy and safe working
practice
