The Town Council own allotment land just off Finkle Hill as you are leaving the village with the Police Station on your right.  This land is cultivated as allotment gardens.

The site has a large historic stone marking the entrance to the allotment site. It can be accessed by foot as there are not many parking spaces on site. There is a large community car park at White Rose which is practically opposite the allotment site. 

As you can see from the pictures below it is an active site with residents enjoying growing crops for their families.  

There are around 94 plots currently - we do have a waiting list so if you wish for your name to be entered on to the waiting list please email your details including name, address, contact phone number to office@sherburninelmet-tc.gov.uk or telephone the office on 01977 681024, but please be aware the staff work part time and flexibly.
