Sherburn in Elmet Town Council is consulted by Selby District Council on every planning application for the Town.
Selby District Council is the planning authority and manages the whole process of planning. Sherburn in Elmet Parish Council makes observations or objections which Selby then consider. Please note that Selby District Council makes the final decision on all planning applications within Sherburn in Elmet.
