On our website we aim to outline the role and services provided by the Town Council along with the details of our Councillors. We provide you with the dates of our meetings and copies of the agendas and minutes. We have our budget and accounts listed, along with grants we have awarded and the grant application form.
This site will enable you to find out about our vibrant, growing community and understand the roles and responsibilities of the Parish Council and how our
Precept is being spent. It is our intention to enable more residents to play an active role in the community, participate in more activities, attend Parish Council Meetings, take advantage of our excellent facilities and thoroughly enjoy living in Sherburn in Elmet.
Please contact us if you have questions concerning the work of the Town Council, if you have any concerns that you feel the Council should be aware of or where it can help or support you.
Please visit our 'Who is Responsible' page (below) to determine who is responsible; North Yorkshire County Council, Selby District Council or Sherburn in Elmet Town Council.
